Over 45,000 pocket knives are produced each day by Victorinox, Europe’s largest knife manufacturer. The iconic Swiss Army knife has been around for nearly 130 years. It was originally created by Karl Elsener in 1891. We visited the flagship store in Geneva, Switzerland to look at some of the company’s 400 different knife models.
